Bringg connects – innovative software for a fantastic delivery experience
Dietikon, 14 July 2023
Most of today’s dispatchers still follow manual processes that use (digital) street maps and route planners to decide the optimal distribution of customer deliveries across the various routes of their drivers. This traditional approach consists of highly skilled dispatchers planning the most efficient routes possible with virtually no empty runs. The dispatcher must pay careful attention to route planning, vehicle capacities and timing to achieve the optimum balance between customer satisfaction and profitability. Fuel consumption and environmental impact also play an important role.
At Planzer Homeservice, we make use of Bringg’s software, thereby consigning the era of manual route planning to history. Bringg is the perfect solution for the last mile – and includes our delivery experience. Online date and time selection, precise two-hour notifications, live tracking until arrival and semi-automated dispatch – all these features allow us to save time and focus on what really matters: delivery quality.
Time is money
With just a few clicks, via a loading list, we can notify hundreds of end customers at the same time. This used to be the task of the dispatcher or administrator. We also improve our efficiency by automatically selecting the right person for the relevant delivery job. The web-based software is aware of our drivers’ technical skills and coordinates these with the product group to be delivered. If it is a washing machine, for example, staff with plumbing skills are chosen for the job. This is why the greater the expertise and experience of your specialist planner, the more efficient – i.e. the more cost-effective – the home delivery logistics and the better the delivery experience are.
From customer to king
The delivery experience plays a key role in customer satisfaction and therefore in your success as a service provider. That’s why we use Bringg to deliberately integrate communication with your end customers. For example, the consignee has access to live tracking. The app gives them a two-hour delivery slot, based on the calculated arrival time, meaning that they don’t have to wait in all day for their goods to be delivered. They can also communicate with our driver (co-driver) via a hidden and therefore data-secure chat window and provide final instructions about parking on site or unloading requests. The integrated driver app also enables our drivers to access customer-specific acceptance reports. Following delivery and assembly, your customers also have the opportunity to rate our staff.
It’s still your show
Don’t worry: Bringg won’t steal the show from you on the last mile. On the contrary, our web app can reflect your image. For example, you can display an icon on the live tracking that represents your brand. You also have various co-branding options throughout the process; for example, on receipt confirmations or delivery notes. Finally, the entire workflow can be adapted to suit your individual delivery process.
Cutting-edge technology
Our web app is constantly evolving to ensure that you always benefit from the latest features. For example, delay notifications can now be automated to allow your customers to react in good time.
First choice for the last mile
As Planzer Homeservice, we regard ourselves as an integral part of your service offer. The fact that recipients rate us highly for friendliness and care via the web app’s rating function proves that we’re not entirely wrong.
This innovative software is simple, clever and user-friendly through and through. If you would like to know what else sets us apart from the rest and find out how you and your customers can benefit from Planzer Homeservice, then please take a moment to watch this four-minute video.
«Bringg is a B2B2C application, so to speak. It perfects the communication between provider, deliverer and recipient.»
